The property was perfect for our quick getaway. The property is centrally located. We were able to drive to Smith Rock over to Bend and back through Sisters. The only negative I have are the instructions on accessing the property. I was provided the cabin address which routed us a short cut, but you must enter through the main entrance to obtain the gate code. The visitor center is prior to entering the property. The instructions provided an ‘entry code’ which is the actual cabin entry not the gate code. It was late at night and snowing heavily which made the check in very challenging. It would be very helpful to provide the visitors centers address along with their number. This is the reason I gave the property a 4 not a 5. Thank you!

Enjoyed the hot tub and relied heavily on the gas fireplace for heat. We wished the home was better set up for the cold winter weather (i.e. gaps in doors and windows filled) and that basic supplies like Kleenex and coffee filters had been available.

This space is beautiful and was well cared for! We loved the games, the hot tub and fireplace were wonderful, and we were so grateful to be able to bring our dog along! So many places are against pets, but they clearly want fur babies to be included on vacations. They even provided extra blankets, pet bowls, and doggie bags just in case! This was her first vacation all thanks to these accommodating folks. We hope to return again in the future-this place is a favorite for sure!

We had such a great time at Lucky #7. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the loft sleeping area and we all enjoyed the living room, board games, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances as well. Just a great over all experience. We all really enjoyed the feel of the place. You could tell it has been well loved and cared for. Our trip could not have gone better, highly recommend!!

This home was perfect for our small group of three. All of the beds were super comfortable, and once the fireplace gets going, it stays very warm. The hot tub was a great addition to a relaxing weekend and is tucked back in a little nook for privacy. The kitchen had all of the cookware we needed to cook a few delicious meals. There was also multiple steaming services available for chilling out in the evening. 12 out 10, would recommend.

This cabin is small, yet has a lot to offer! We had a tremendous weekend here! The house is fully equipped with towels, hot tub towels, soap, laundry detergent, and even dog supplies. So many great amenities packed into a cozy cottage. This house would be great year round. We will be back!

Great cabin for a small family or a couple. The downstairs bed was comfortable, as was the furniture in the living area. Good selection of DVDs. We loved the hot tub, too, as well as the fly fishing decor in the bedroom. Not a problem for us, but the stairs to the upstairs loft bedroom are steep. We'll be back.

Convenient location in Black Butte. Enjoyed our stay but also a few issues. First the washer was broken upon arrival, we are being credited $25 for each day, but with 2 kids and a dog in wet weather this was a hassle. Second, there was dog crap everywhere in the backyard. I don’t blame the owners but at a minimum put a sign up reminding renters to pick up after their pets. Stepping in land mines at night isn’t cool. Hot tub was great, bed was comfortable and using great fire pit on cold nights was a treat.

Perfect fall get away. I will definitely rent again. BTW the screws holding in dishwasher in place are missing and needs to be fixed.

The pictures do NOT do this place justice. Every detail was thought of with this cabin. It is the perfect blend of rustic but still extremely clean, cute and luxurious. Items not even pictured are the hammock, the tree swing out front, and all of the dog toys and the fact that the pantry is filled with items and a few snacks too!

'Just what we needed for our visit to Black Butte! The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck soaking up the sunshine. The bathrooms were small, but there were only two of us and there were two bathrooms so we each had our own which worked out great.

This cabin is perfect for a small family! They have stocked it with everything you need to cook, do laundry, shower, and even had a basket of dog toys and poop bags.
Things to note: the house is very creaky and many of the floor boards were not adequately nailed down. The bedroom is also very small so our infant’s travel crib did not fit and had to be in the main room under the stairs. Just a heads up to others traveling with babies or young children.

Overall we had a great stay! The cabin was clean and outfitted with all the amentities we could need. We had a few technical difficulties with the sound bar and the fireplace seemed to be out of propane but overall small complaints that did not overshadow the positives.

The oversized chairs in the living room were perfect for movie watching. Great selection of movies and games for entertainment. Hot tub was in great shape! Kitchen has been nicely updated and bed on the main floor is super comfortable (we didn't sleep upstairs so can't comment about that bed haha). We will definitely hope to stay here again!

A weekend with girlfriends wouldn’t be complete without delicious food, plenty of laughs and relaxation. Lucky #7 provided all of those things. A nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Plenty of games and movies to choose from. Even coloring for kids and adults. The hot tub time was a bit of heaven. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise. Our little cabin was very clean and quiet with lots of cute touches to make it interesting and homey. There was even a shelf just for your dog with poop bags, disposable bowls and a blankie. Kitchen was well stocked with the cooking essentials. We normally don't do the private hot tubs but this one was very clean and well maintained. My husband was in it twice a day. Great biking and walking trails and the rec center had a nice lap pool and gym. Nice selection of dvds although we never did figure out how to use the player. Not a big deal as Netflix was available. It was unseasonably cool when we were there but it looked like the big lake would be a fun place for gentle kayaking. As temps dipped into the 20s, the gas fireplace was a welcome addition. We plan on going back when the weather is a little warmer but this time of year is perfect if you just want a few days of R&R. Sisters is just 7 miles away for fun shopping and wandering. A really lovely place!

The cabin was adorable and very well stocked. The owners thought of everything, including the perfect deck furniture and decor. We shared our weekend with another couple and all commented on how comfortable the beds were. The only issue was how steep the stairs were up to the loft and how low the ceiling was at the top especially for our 6’2” friend. Heads were definitely smacked several times! Other than that...a great spot!

Lucky # 7 cabin is an adorable mountain cabin. It is perfect for a small group of people or family. I found the teenager and older children loved the cozy loft. This allowed some privacy, but still felt like they were close to the rest of the family. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Fun games, attractive decor, and all of the comforts of home. We will be sure to continue to make lasting memories at this beautiful cabin in the woods.

Our family does "4 days away" every few months. This quaint cabin had everything we could have wanted for the three nights we stayed. A well stocked kitchen, including SHARP kitchen knives and every type of pot or pan you could need, and even a nice grill on the deck. We enjoyed movies by the fire and taking our kids to the pool. Lots of beautiful trails nearby and we even got some snow on our last day!

What a lovely spot - this home was absolutely perfect. It's located in a quiet area of Black Butte, and would be well suited to a small family or two couples. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted with all the things you'd need to cook a home made meal. There are cute, contemporary touches throughout the decor, and there's a wonderfully comfortable living room complete with a bunch of super fun games for the days you don't want to go out exploring the outdoors. All in all, a great spot!!

Our kids wanted to move here! With the crazy busy life it was nice to get away. A place to be still and quiet or entertained with activities, whatever we chose to do. I personally loved all the little touches the homeowner put into the décor. For me it really captured the feel of the area and the town nearby. Had everything we needed to just be. Thank you for sharing with us!
P.S. If you are planning to have breakfast with Santa plan ahead!!!! The only disappointment of our trip as it was sold out.
