Location: excellent. Very easy river access. Tubes rental locations nearby. Plenty of places to shop and eat with in 10 min drive.

Unit: left a lot to be desired. It was clean (ish). Some of the dishes were dirty. The linens / curtains / couch cushion held in a lot of strange smells. The bed in the primary bedroom was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE —squeaky, springs poke you, no support and not soft. It made for a long night of tossing and turning trying to find a tolerable position. The sun rises at the perfect angle in the primary bedroom to blind you in the morning— and the curtains are completely sheer, so don’t plan on sleeping in —not that you could with how uncomfortable the bed was. Sigh. The garbage disposal smelled really awful. Oh, also the lock box was very hard to get opened. The whole unit was very dated, smelled strange and could use a major refresh. Portions of the parking garage are very low and my 6’6” husband had to duck his head to walk through. On a positive note- the AC was awesome. The unit stayed cool despite the 100+ degree temps outside.

My biggest concern was the there were pills (3 different ones) on the lamp base in the primary bedroom. It’s a safety concern that loose pills would be sitting out in a condo that should have been emptied and cleaned from previous guests.

Overall: not sure I would stay in that unit again unless as a last resort. I would return to the complex in a different—hopefully better—unit.

Condo was very nice. The shower drains, sink drinks and kitchen sink drains were a bit clogged and drained very slowly. Needed to be cleaned a little better. But other than that wonderful stay. Wonderful location.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend! It is an older complex and looks a little dated, but our condo appeared well maintained, was clean and tidy, and felt like home. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. Excellent parking. Location is residential and is just a few blocks from downtown, coffee shops and restaurants. Our only complaints are minor maintenance issues: storm door does not close, and master bedroom drains were extremely slow.

We couldn’t help our selves booking a condo right on the river and walking distance from the tube rentals. However, the master bed was awful and creaked everything time you or your partner moved. Secondly, the shower head was low. I’m 5’8” and had to bend down to wash my hair. That wouldn’t have been so bad but the water pressure was poor too. We didn’t cook so I have nothing to say about the kitchen. I do think the furniture needs updating as the dining chairs were very wobbly. But, the location was great and the security guards kept the riff raft out.

The size of this 2 bedroom condo was perfect for 4 people. It's an older condo with some upgrades. The furniture was not good quality. It was old and needed refurbishing or replacement. This condo did not make us feel at home. The patio overlooks the parking lot, so there isn't a view at all. I wouldn't stay there again.

Location is really great. Right off the Comal river short walk to Texas tub rentals. 3 min drive to schlitterbahn. It is a little out dated and mattresses need to be badly replaced. Condo did come with everything you need to cook pots pans etc. Had a blast thanks

Located RIGHT NEXT to Texas Tubes if you plan to tube the Comal River. 20 minute drive to Natural Bridge Cavers also. 40 minute drive to San Antonio. Great location.

I gave the condo a 3/5 because it needs some updating. The mattresses in both rooms were very uncomfortable and desperately need to be replaced. Both showers water pressure wasn’t the best, but we made it work. The curtains in the master bedroom and living room could also be replaced since they are really just a sheer curtain and were very see through. We really enjoyed the patio and it was a great size for us to sit outside and enjoy. The bulb on the patio was burnt out, but we still sat outside and just used the bedroom light to provide some light on the patio. The location of the condo was great and the pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have! We really enjoyed our stay just a few minor things with the condo that future stayers should be aware of.

I absolutely loved the location. The condo is as pictured. It faces the river and the pool. I gave it a 3/5 because the master mattress needs to be updated. It is very hard and squeaks with every move. Also the master shower for hot water only puts out a trickle of hot water. I noticed after we returned that there was another complaint about this. I'm surprised the owners have not had this problem fixed. The couch is hard, but we didn't watch much TV while there. Also the guest bedroom has a full size bed, not a quenn.

My sister and I just came back from a 5 day stay at this house. It had everything we needed, great location, and made for an enjoyable vacation for us. We knew with the price of it that it wasn’t going to be top of the line but it was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only thing I would warn others about is if you plan to have someone sleep on the futon, you may want to bring a topper or something for it because the mattress on it is soooo thin. There is a sofa and a futon in the living room though and the sofa was fine since it was just the two of us. Really cute place and as I said, it was clean and the location was fantastic!

The condo had everything we needed however the patio furniture, couches & bathroom could use an update. It’s located right on the river & definitely a party place. Has a river & pool view from the balcony, we would probably visit again, especially for the price!

First of all I just want to say being right up against the river was really great. Also, it's worth mentioning that right outside the unit is a little park with a swimming pool in it - it was great to let our kids go run and play nearby while we relaxed on the patio. The design of the interior really did feel like a spot-on "vacation rental" - more like a hotel than a home - which we enjoyed a ton. We went out to dinner one of the nights and were able to just walk a couple blocks, which felt smooth and easy. We really had a blast and will probably stay again. Everything was neat and tidy and perfectly made, adding to the hotel-like or resort-like quality of it all. Thanks!!!!
