Additionally, to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation spot, this condo has been updated recently with new wallhangings and closet doors.

Several seafood markets, grocery stores, coffee shops, specialty meat, and fabulous dining are an easy bike ride away. Pack your tennis shoes because this area is very walkable! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to get out on the water, the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise offers fun, family-friendly adventures just two-and-a-half miles away. Don't forget to head seven miles down the coastline to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp! If you'd like to get even closer to Floridian wildlife, Gator Beach is just three miles away from the condo and offers a free way to observe gators in a fun and safe environment.

The overall stay at Sandpiper Cove 3204 was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach, pet friendly, and the location are a few things we liked the most.
I did contact the Vacasa regarding a few issues regarding the property, both tubs/showers did not drain adequately (while showering you stood in water) the kitchen faucet is loose and will drip, the front bedroom window is cracked (photos were also sent). I did forget to mention to them the front glass door does not line up, so it does not lock easily. They did state they would reach out to the local staff to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
We would stay at this location in the future.

Very convenient location ! Private beach across the street, target is 2 minutes away. The only issue we had is the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Towels were a little hard and could use fabric softener. The remotes didn’t have batteries, but I put some in so you’re good to go! I would recommend you take check in and check out pictures of the furniture.

We definitely will be back, at “our home away from home!” Our place was just what we needed/wanted. We found wonderful amenities, clean, comfortable, sitting on the deck by the water was very welcome for. The area by the beach, stores, restaurants are close. Having a laundry was appreciated too. Thanks for having a great place:) LaMaz across the street is very good as well, get the Cuban sandwiches:)

We loved drinking coffee at sunrise on the back deck and watching all the wildlife activity in the canal! Herons, ducks, a big turtle, and a thousand fish swimming around, was very entertaining yet serene. The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean. We particularly appreciated the Keurig coffee maker, and having all the premium cable channels to keep up with our favorite shows and a fast internet connection. The private beach is a five minute walk and the weather was in the low 60’s clear blue skies in mid January. Perfect for sitting in the hot tub with my husband. The price of the condo with all the amazing amenities is an incredible value you can’t get anywhere else in Destin. We will always come back to Sandpaper Cove.

Condo needs a deep clean. Several items inoperative to include ice maker, garbage disposal, TV and a temperamental tub drain. We appreciated the dog friendly complex and proximity to the beach.

This inexpensive condo is what you would expect for the price. It is a little dated and could use a modern refresh, but is clean and comfortable for the price. The entire complex is secured through a 24 hour manned entry gate. The condo is not on the beach, but access to the private gated beach across the street is provided. The beach has a bar with food options, plux lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other items are available for rent. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but has the basics. The balcony overlooking the canal is peaceful in the morning. The only issue we had was the mild smell of cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was from previous renters or emanating from the condo downstairs.

we loved everything about the condo it was right across from the beach which was awesome the multiple pools was great because everyone wasn't crowded in one the only complaint i had was they give you 2 assigned parking passes for your room but any and everyone will park in your spot and most of the time its golf carts but other than that it was amazing and i will be staying here again !
