There were seven of us in the house. One couple, three individual adults and two kids ages 11 and 13. There was basically enough room for all. Walking distance to the beach. House was nicely furnished.

This house is located in a great location. It is very close to the beach and the stores. We rented a gold cart and rarely used our vehicle on the island. The kids loved riding their bikes all around the island with easy access to Jungle Road. The house was very clean on arrival. Only issues were the appliances in this house needed updating. Upon arrival our dishwasher and icemaker did not work. I would have liked being told this upon check-in versus waiting for our complaint to correct. Icemaker is not hooked up to water valve. Microwave over stove was taped shut but another microwave on the counter. Drain was also VERY slow in bathroom. Bunk bed in kids room were very unsteady. Vacasa was very quick to correct issue with dishwasher by installing new one within a couple days, and provided 2 bags of ice for 2 weeks.

Four of us went to Edisto to spend a 4 day weekend. It was great, the house had everything we needed. We each had a bedroom to ourselves and shared the two bathrooms. Close to the beach and restaurants. We were also able to go to Charleston for a day trip.

We loved the house, plenty of space for 8 adults. Had the comforts from home while away. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed! The only negative thing I can say is there were no grab handles on either shower and neither had bath mat .My mother went with me this time and it was very hard to get her in shower and her feel safe. I know this is not a handicap equipped home but grab handles would be great to have. We enjoyed our stay and will consider renting this home again! 🌴🌴🌴🐬🐬🐬

Really nice house in a great location: next to a creek for some fishing, lots of deer, and a very short walk to the beach! Our grandkids loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to the beach. The bathrooms had beautiful granite counters and really pretty tile floors. The owners have a good eye for decor. The kitchen has a great bar and stools which is where we had all our meals. A wonderful house to vacation in. And as always Atwood is so easy to deal with: excellent customer service!

This is our second year staying in this house and it is the perfect fit for our family. It is in walking distance to the beach that we did not need a golf cart to travel and having wifi was great for our children (21 & 17). It has a well stocked kitchen which made it easy to cook our meals instead of going out to eat. Our family loves this house so much we have already reserved it for next year!

We spent the week with our kids in their 20s and several of their friends. We had the greatest time in this house. We made great use of the covered porch under the house. Thankful for the outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was so close we went each day for hours and hours. The beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed to make dinners almost each night.

Check in and out was a breeze and the property was what we expected. It was clean, but there were some dust bunnies hiding in corners, acceptable but not `perfect` by any means. The fridge smelled terrible, like old fish and the stove and dishwasher are due to be replaced. Both worked OK, but show considerable wear and tear. Location is great and the furniture & beds were comfortable. All things considered, it was a good value for a long weekend getaway. Lack of access to a pool rules this out as a place to stay for a week.
