Located in a new area near the centre of Caye Caulker, you'll breathe tranquillity while still being just a short walk from town, various restaurants, and bars. A short boat ride will take you to mainland Belize, where you can explore Mayan ruins, beautiful jungle landscape, and more!
The house itself is bright and airy with wood floors throughout, offering a pleasant sanctuary to relax and forget all your worries. Walk up the stairs to the shaded veranda, where you can swing leisurely in a couple of hammocks, soak up the scenery from a bench, or enjoy coffee at the small breakfast table.

This 3 bedroom home is in a quiet area of CC, but close enough to easily walk to everything in town. It is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked,has excellent WiFi, and has a big front porch. We loved our stay here.

Princessa Angienelle was a great value in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms newly renovated. The good: Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, ice cold A/C in the bedrooms. Room for improvement; windows screens have holes or are damaged allowing bugs / mosquitoes into the unit, stove top did not lite, and they changed the lock box code without telling us when we first arrived.

Comfortable bedrooms, TV works great. Raul is awesome! I think the concierge people need to communicate better with Raul, the guests, and the golf cart service. There was a huge storm and the deck cover leaks badly! There is also sometimes a leak in the doorway to the hall off the kitchen. No salt/pepper or spices of any kind, so bring your own. The water latch is broken on the fridge, as is the bottom right shelf inside the fridge door. Concierge Vero did her best to please. If you don’t like walking, you will need a cart.

When you look at the picture, you think it is surrounded by homes but the opposite side of the lane is pure mini jungle and beautiful at dawn and dusk. It is so quiet (isn’t everything on the Caye this Covid season?) but not far from shops and the sea. We had 4 kids 6-14 and 4 adults 30-69 and we were able to coexist pleasantly for a few nights. Very clean and easy to keep clean. The response from both Vero and Raul was quick and efficient though not needed much. The padlock on the porch gate is a tad particular when entering the code on the bottom but nothing that a little jiggling didn’t fix. We can understand why no hammocks comes with the place because they may walk away but if you have one, bring it, because the hooks are there. Great value! Thanks

The best thing was how well Vacasa communicated with us and their concierge service was fantastic! They set up taxis, bike rentals and were available for anything we needed. “This place is INCREDIBLE! If you are looking for a place to party this is not it but if your are looking for tranquility, beautiful surroundings, wonderful cocktails this is the place. The locations is about a 10 minute drive to the center of town. I loved being able to come back to my little oasis after a day of adventure. I was traveling solo and the Manager, Marsha sent me a text asking if I was OK when she had not seen me all day. I ended up heading out at 6:30 am for a tours so the staff had not seen me leave out. I thought this gesture was so nice! Little touches like this you would not be able to receive at a larger establishment. I do plan to visit again in the future.”

“It was a WONDERFUL island vacation. The home was tucked away perfectly from the lights and sounds of the main streets. We made it to the island easily with the help of Veronique who graciously set up transportation. Once we got to the house the first day, we were on our own; no maps of the island, or suggestions of local spots. We managed just fine with friendly conversations with neighbors and always enjoyed coming home after a busy day of adventures. One of the rooms AC unit wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a large issue since each room had a fan. Bathrooms seemed beautifully renovated with any toiletries we may need, everything but bath towels. Where the fans in the bedrooms came in handy again, we could air dry. We will definitely come back to this Airbnb.”

It is inexpensive, clean, and safe, which is what we were looking for. However, it is a bit distant from food and activities, recommend getting bikes or a golf cart. Home was very basic, not much in terms of out of the way comforts that other VRBO's in Belize we stayed at had. But you get what you pay for: clean and safe.

The house is ideal for large families and since located in the backroad quite silent. Some Reparation must be done on Windows and some new painting would also help.

This home was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked, which we needed. It's not super fancy, but it was adequate for our needs. I really liked the island, and the location was good. It's not right in the middle of things, but it's not far out of the way. We rented a golf cart to get around, and it worked really well for us. We could have walked everywhere, but we didn't have long on the island and wanted to be able to do as much as possible in that short time.

This was a clean, spacious home; it is a 10 min walk from town, so it is quiet but slightly inconvenient. Esmerelda was attentive to the extent she could help. Wireless was an issue from the beginning, and the fix was only temporary, so be prepared with your own data if that is important to you. Air conditioning in each bedroom allowed for a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed staying at Princesa Angienelle. Clean accommodations in close proximity to town. Walked to get breakfast each morning. Esmeralda is extremely helpful and responsive. However, no AC in living room means it is very hot inside during the day and limited WiFi.

Everything was very easy and the staff was VERY quick to help. They sent emails ahead of time to ensure you knew what to pack/not to pack, and how to get from the airport straight the door. It is perfect for a large group (we had 6 girls), or a family. It came with everything you need, and thank GOODNESS that they were nice to enough to provide AC, as it is very hot on the island. It was perfect refuge after a long day's adventures, even wifi and cable!

When getting to the house it is best to just ask the locals where the UDP office is it is much easier to find that way. The house itself is beautiful and the staff are super helpful and accommodating.

Good house, large, spacious house located away from noisy restaurants, in a great neighborhood. Beds, linens, and veranda suited our family of 6 well. Only wish the flying biting bugs could be kept out of the house (mosquito nets above the beds?) One bedroom a/c did not function, so that room was very hot. The local tax office, which operates a small spot below the house, in the yard, can be loud and the fences yard is not private. Caye Caulker provided a great, adventure and relaxing trip for our family of 6 adults.

it's a great place to stay. it's situated about ten bike minutes (or 15 min.in caye caulker speed :))from the split. it's very quiet at night and neighborhood is absolutely safe. there is a pier close to it to relax and enjoy (next to the public school).
the house is fully equipped. couldn't have wished anything else.
