Rob Greyber joined Vacasa in 2022. As CEO and member of the board of directors, he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and operations. Greyber has 25+ years of technology industry experience and more than 15 years of online travel leadership experience, previously serving as President of Egencia, a global business travel platform then-owned by Expedia Group, and on Expedia Group’s senior executive leadership team.

Jamie Cohen joined Vacasa after a nearly decade-long tenure at ANGI Homeservices, where she held a key role in driving organic growth and the reverse merger of HomeAdvisor with Angie’s List, alongside the simultaneous public offering of the joint company. With extensive marketplace experience, Jamie oversees Vacasa’s accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury functions.

With deep experience in performance and brand marketing, Allison Lowrie has spent the last 20 years growing household consumer brands like Volkswagen, Celebrity Cruises, Cars.com, and ANGI Homeservices. Lowrie leads the marketing organization at Vacasa, which includes homeowner and guest marketing, product marketing, creative services, and corporate communications and public relations.

Jeff Flitton is responsible for the company’s strategic technology direction and adapting it to the evolving needs of the business. With experience at AmeriBen and Balihoo, he is focused on scaling existing platforms and investing in new applications essential to maintaining Vacasa’s competitive edge in the industry.

Craig Smith is responsible for developing the company's strategy to grow revenue, unit growth and increase market share through sales and corporate development. With more than 20 years of experience with marketplace businesses, Smith helped establish ANGI Homeservices as the category leader, driving 5+ consecutive years of more than 30% top line growth and a 6x increase in the company's supply side capacity between 2012 and 2020.

Bob Milne brings three decades of hospitality experience to Vacasa, with a focus on operational excellence. He built and sold a vacation rental business to Wyndham Worldwide and later served as the company’s North America president. He also sits on the board of the industry’s trade association, the Vacation Rental Management Association.

John Banczak has held leadership positions with HomeAway, BedandBreakfast.com and Hotwire, and was co-founder and CEO TurnKey Vacation Rentals. With extensive experience with travel technology, Banczak leads Vacasa's field teams and helps to apply its category-leading technology to efficiently scale the company’s operations.

Joerg Adams is a managing director at Silver Lake and has been on Vacasa’s board of directors since 2019, serving as the chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the compensation committee. Prior to Silver Lake, Adams held roles at both J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Adams also sits on the board of ServiceMax.

Ryan Bone joined Vacasa’s board of directors in 2020 and is a member of the audit committee. He is currently a director at Silver Lake. Prior to joining Silver Lake in 2013, Bone was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.

Eric Breon founded Vacasa in 2009 and grew the business into North America’s leading vacation rental management company. Breon stepped away from day-to-day operations in early 2020, but continues to help guide the company’s direction as a member of the board.

Chad Cohen joined Vacasa’s board of directors in 2020 and serves as chair of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee. Bringing extensive corporate finance and technology experience to Vacasa’s board, Cohen is the current CFO and COO of Capella Space. Prior to that, Cohen was CFO of Adaptive Biotechnologies and spent more than nine years as CFO of Zillow Group.

Rachel Gonzalez became a Vacasa board observer in October 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Gonzalez served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Starbucks Corp. Prior to that, Gonzalez held multiple leadership positions with Sabre Corp., ultimately being named Chief Administrative Officer and helping the company expand its travel technology solutions. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Electronic Arts.

Ben Levin founded and is CEO of Level Equity. He has been a private investor since 1997 and a director of numerous successful software and services companies. Levin has been on Vacasa’s board of directors since 2016 and is the chair of the compensation committee as well as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee.

Barbara Messing joined Vacasa’s board of directors in 2021 and serves on the compensation committee. Messing is the current chief marketing & people experience officer of Roblox, and previously served as CMO at Walmart U.S., CMO at Tripadvisor, and held various management positions at Hotwire.com. Messing also sits on the board of Overstock.com.

Jeff Parks has served on Vacasa’s board of directors since 2017 and is the current chairman of the board, in addition to his role on the nominating and corporate governance committee. As the co-founder and managing partner of Riverwood Capital, Parks is on the board of a number of high-growth businesses, including ForgeRock, Sensor Tower, and HG Insights.

Karl Peterson joined Vacasa’s board of directors in 2021, serving on the nominating and corporate governance committee. He is a senior partner of TPG and the founder and managing partner of TPG Pace Group and previously co-founded Hotwire.com. Peterson is chairman of the board for Sabre and Accel and sits on the board of Playa Hotels.

With a resume in marketing and managing top consumer brands like Match.com and NutriSystem, Chris Terrill was CEO of ANGI Homeservices for more than seven years. He has been on Vacasa’s board of directors since 2020, serving on the audit committee. Terrill also maintains board seats with Data Axle, Porch Group, and Realogy Holdings.
